The fine print:
At least 10 tickets must be purchased to the same event to receive a group discount.
Discounts may not be available in all price ranges for all performances.
A $50 deposit must be made upon receipt of the contract to secure your group reservation. This deposit is fully refundable up to 14 days before the performance date. All cancellations must be in writing. No refunds will be given once a group order has been closed, unless the date of the event has changed or the performance is cancelled. All programs and artists are subject to change without notice.
Final payment is due 14 days prior to the performance date (or as arranged with the Group Sales Coordinator). If the balance is not paid by the due date, your ticket order may be cancelled.
UMS accepts cash, checks, Visa, MasterCard, American Express, or Discover as payment for your order. Checks should be made payable to the University Musical Society.
Tickets may not be resold. Any tickets distributed to a ticket broker or other intermediary will be voided, and no refunds will be given.
Groups may not advertise discounted tickets to the general public without permission of UMS. If permission is granted, groups may only use copy approved in writing by UMS. Groups may always advertise to their own mailing list.
