Access for Persons with Disabilities
All UMS venues are accessible for persons with disabilities. For information on access at specific UMS venues, click here or call 734-764-2538.

Latecomers
Latecomers will be asked to wait in the lobby until a predetermined time in the program, when they will be seated by ushers. UMS staff works with the artists to determine when late seating will be the least disruptive to the artists and other ticket buyers.

Children and Families
Children under the age of three will not be admitted to regular, full-length UMS performances. Children of all ages are welcome to attend UMS Family Performances. Please call the Ticket Office at 734-764-2538 if you are bringing a child under the age of two to a UMS Family Performance. All children must be able to sit quietly in their own seats throughout the performance. Children unable to do so, along with the adult accompanying them, may be asked by an usher to leave the auditorium. Please use discretion in choosing to bring a child. Remember, everyone must have a ticket regardless of age.
